Thematic Units:
 All About Me, Five Senses,My Family
Community Helpers
 
Phonemic Awareness:
Rhymes, Counting Syllables,
Words that are the same,and counting the
wprds ina sentence

Alphabetic Understanding:
Letter Wall, word & letter activities, letters in Name


Word Knowledge/Recognition:
Will learn 5 new Vocabulary words a day.
We are writing word lists with our letter of the week.

Math:
Colors , shapes, and describing attributes,
Counting objects to five or higher. Recognizing
numbers 1-10.

Science/Social Studies:
To begin to perform simple
investigations.  Use simple measuring devices
to learn about objects.
