This course covers British literature from early Anglo-Saxon writings to present day literature. We will also incorporate the study of several novels throughout the year as well as poetry and dramas. Vocabulary will be studied in order to be better prepared for ACT and SAT tests. Literary elements and concepts will be studied in order to enhance understanding of different literary genres . Students will write reflectively, informally, and formally.
